Home Sweet New Home

We're moving! Our house has been on the market since November and it's now under contract. We will be moving to Oconee County at the end of April. Our new house is about 30 seconds from Highway 316 and 2 minutes from the Atlanta Highway.

It's got 4br, 2.5 ba plus a huge bonus room. We'll have a fenced in back yard and a big deck on the back of the house. We'll have a lot more room in the new house...over 1000 sqft more room! We are going to do a little work before we move in. We are having the downstairs painted and new carpet put in. The walls are currently mint green w/ lighter green ceilings and white trim. Yuck!! I prefer something a little more neutral...and white ceilings!
